  • Interacting with customers in the field to create solutions to product difficulties.
  • Installation of Scenic Door collection.
  • Repairing or replacing products and parts using manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ability to provide peace of mind to clients from first meeting through project completion.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Working with manufacturers to order parts, manage lead times, and discuss product updates.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Carpentry/mechanical skills with the ability to evaluate, repair, and implement solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • General customer service experience.
  • Travel required- may result in some overnights.
  • Clean driving record.
  • General best building practices knowledge.

  • Interacting with customers, the sales team, and vendors along with manufacturing schedules to ensure accuracy and quality customer service.
  • Quoting and ordering for projects using Spruce Software.
  • Creating customer proposals using customized manufacturer software.
  • Promote through discussion of company resources, products, specialized offerings, and programs.
  • Collaborating with the outside sales team to price and secure jobs.
  • Working with vendors to place orders, manage lead times, and discuss product updates.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone and e-mail.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process customer orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in order tracking, shipment coordination, and product returns.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
  • Record and organize customer interactions and transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to complex problems.
  • Maintain organized records, both electronic and paper, related to the customer interactions, orders, and administrative processes.
  • Support managers and team members as needed.

Requirements:
